Theres likely plenty of times you can cast Ghalta, Primal Hunger for only 2 mana in a creature-heavy deck, leaving you extra mana to try to protect it with cards like Heroic Intervention or Mithril Coat

It plays like a real 3/6 most of the time

Sure its a 12/12 for one mana, but it has a high cost when it enters the battlefield

It could be said, however, that its surprising its still worth that price, even with all the reprints its seen

The sorcery Rise of the Dark Realms will recur all dorks to the battlefield - great with all of the discarding - that's why there's no Bojuka Bog here

We'd be pretty jazzed if they decided to sneak an extra set into the already jam-packed MTG 2023 release schedule though
